On September 10th, I completed 30 curl ups and then on October 2 I increased to 54.
On September 10th, I performed 20 push ups and on October 2 I increased to 25.
on September 10th, I completed 81 on my 3 min step test and then on October 2 I increased to 91 on my 3 min step test.
And I improved on all of the them, because I tried my best to improve. for example i pushed my self in doing some in class and the rest at home
to improve? I will working hard and try doing it at my house.
